A hearty note of praise and gratitude for Roger and his crew at Audio Design for helping me select an excellent audio system that will also anchor my home theater. He kindly helped me select the best speakers and amplification within my budget. I knew I wanted Revel speakers, but was indecisive as to which tier of quality and which color. Roger patiently worked with me, allowing multiple listening sessions until it all became clear what I needed. He then set me up with a pretty sweet Arcam AVR, two Revel towers, a matching center channel speaker, and two matching bookshelf speakers--all audiophile quality. Music played on this system is amazing. Owning this system and getting lost in the music it plays has been a lifelong dream.

I don't think anybody else in the state had the inventory I was seeking, and certainly not at the price I got. I'd better not specify the lengths Roger went to help me because it's not my place to publicly declare his standards, but I will say his efforts exceed expectation until the client is happy.

I'm not done assembling my home theater, so I expect to check in with Roger in the future. Meanwhile, I heartily recommend Audio Design to everyone who aspires to excellence in home audio and home theater.

I called Audio Design Inc. for some advice and information. Roger and Jordan came out and assessed what was needed then Roger commence to build me one of the best sound systems. Audio Design wasn’t interested in putting my system in and walking away. they came back several times with different speakers until I chose the right ones for me. Roger and his crew, Jordan and Beau from Audio Design on Pierpont Ave are simply exceptional in their products, design capabilities, and in their customer service. As a person with extensive musical training, I wanted great quality, and they delivered!! We have a new system that has offered us concert-hall quality in our home. They were so great to work with, listening well to our wishes, including installation efficiency, and generous follow up to ensure that we are happy with the system. I am a very picky individual. After calling around to multiple Audio & Home Theater stores in Utah and multiple phone calls to several similar online stores as well, to do a Home Theater upgrade, I decided on Audio Design in Salt Lake City. Roger and his crew, Jordan and Beau went above and beyond EVEN MY expectations. These guys are not only VERY knowledgeable and thorough, but very detail oriented to the Nth degree! Always keeping me in the loop with all the details and suggestions, always cleaning up everything and treating my home with great respect, while at the same time offering very fair and reasonable prices!
I honestly could not be happier with the whole process and the end result!
