Meet The Team
Roger Lee - Founder
Since the age of 14, Roger has been striving on perfecting the arts of sound quality design. Starting out in his father’s TV repair shop, he quickly found his passion for sound. While in high school, Roger took 1stplace at the science fair in Utah for his “sound over light waves” experiment. While constantly focused on education at the University of Utah, he started a part time audio sale and install company called RK Sound Labs. Roger has earned numerous specialty certifications over the years with the most recent renewal certification of the 2018 Harman Audio Academy in Los Angles. He is heavily involved with his specialized installation crews to ensure perfection from start to finish on every job site. As a well-seasoned audio designer, Roger has been trusted across the U.S. to design and perfect the sound systems for an extremely elite clientele. This includes San Diego, L.A., San Francisco, Arizona, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, and Florida in 2020 alone
Susan Hatch - Senior CFO
Sussan Hatch has been in Finance for an impressive 35 years working with some of the top cruise liners in America. She has her MBA in Accounting and works with Audio Design extensively and is always available to answer calls.
Jordan Martinez - Client Service Representative
Jordan has been working with Audio Design & Automation for only a short time but has helped the day to day function for the team tremendously. By helping create Audio Design’s scheduling system for servicing homes, has helped us respond to our clients in a timely manner. Jordan is a huge advocate of an outdoorsy lifestyle so you can either find him skiing in the winter, mountain biking in the summer or rock climbing.
